Anyway, to answer your question, yes. For me, smoking seems to amplify a woman's level of attractiveness. If they are ugly in the first place, I am even more turned off if they are smoking. However if they are attractive, then they are even more attractive to me. To take it a step further for me, they also have to be smoking a certain way. For example if they appear to be doing it out of a physical (addicted) need, it is negative, whereas if they are doing so simply out of pleasure and personal (controlled) choice, it is positive. Same goes if they are holding the cigarette in a masculine or feminine manner. All these and other factors have an amplifying effect for me.
After pondering about this over time, that is how I came to the conclusion that I simply associate cigarettes/smoking with sex itself. Explained in another example, if that same unattractive woman were wearing sexy lingerie, she would again likely be even less attractive and would probably gross me out, but a foxy woman in lingerie is, well obvious. I'm sure you can think of a billion other similar situations. So that is how it goes for me. Now the real question I'm still trying to figure out is, why do I associate cigarettes/smoking with sex in the first place? But I suppose that is why we are all chatting on here anyway.......
