From what I have heard, California is worse......no smoking in bars and they are proposing making it illegal to smoke on a park bench or in your own apartment (just what I heard though).Things just get worse and worse. Not an hour after posting my reply to JT, I read in today's paper that NJ's legislators are considering a state wide ban of smoking in resteraunts.......Damn!!!
