Re : Cigar holders again -- nabucco
Except for women who occasionally smoked cigarillos in their cigarette holders, I've only known one woman who used real cigar holders. She was a petite blonde who owned a smoke shop, and only smoked cigars, medium-sized, and she had two Dunhill briar holders, of slightly different ring sizes. She was really into them, and was delighted to find someone who appreciated them. She basically never smoked without a cigar holder.
