Of all the sites I've ever joined, Twyla's has been the most frustrating. There are dozens of great-looking clips to download, but converting them to DVDs is a maddening exercise in futility. (And that is by far my preferred way to watch anything related to the fetish.) After I complained by writing to her e-mail address at the site, I recall getting one terse, unhelpful response, but apparently nothing has changed since then, as Twyla doesn't seem to care about her customers. From what Scott wrote, I must conclude that I'm far from alone about not rejoining, so I guess Twyla isn't concerned about losing revenue from guys who'd like to pay her on a regular or even irregular basis. What a shame, since she's got glamorous looks and a style to match them.
