Ditto. Thanks for the names. Add Elena to the list. She has 2 clips. 10 second holds on very drag. She even discusses that aspect of her smoking in the indoor clip and -- with her halting Italian accent -- says something to the effect of, "After you take the smoke in ... right here (points to her boobs) ... it's like the smoke want to get out, you know? ... and it burn ... uh, a good burn (smile) ... so you want for it to keep inside ... but still it want to get out ... I like the ... uh ... sensation ... you know?" Priceless! And Sophia Loren couldn't have looked too much better at age 20!
