In short it explains that Marlboro employs attractive young women as "Marlboro Girls" overseas, dresses them provocatively and has them try to sell Marlboro to passersby. Interested I tried to find some more info on this (especially pictures) and unfortunately was only able to find a handful.

Scroll about halfway down and there are about 8 pictures of Marlboro Girls, unfortunately none are smoking. I'm curious if anyone has more info on this phenomenon, perhaps a personal story of coming across one or any info on what its like to be one? Are they allowed to smoke while working? Is it encouraged? Enforced? I'm just really interested in any more info on the subject.
