Simply tell her. You would be suprised how obvious your fetish may be, the good lady probably already knows something. You cant hide your sneak looks as she inhales nor your "sighs" of appreciation as she smokes. Tell her ..... we know somethings up but most females are not mind readers. If she is at all as I suspect she will be delighted .... another weapon in the arsenal so to speak.
