Kim Catrall starred in a movie titled "Double Vision" where she played dual roles as twin sisters. In two scenes, one for each sister, she stubs her cigarette out on the gent she is with, but I can't recall if it was on the neck or somewhere else. In any event, there are a couple of really good scenes of her smoking cork filters, one while she's wearing a black corset.
