Hi Charlotte, I'm all for coming out and telling my gf about my fetish - I have posted before on the matter.
Telling your g/f is a massive step, going into the in's and out's of what I like is another matter. Give him time and space, and when he feels comfortable he will tell you. As you are no doubt aware those of us who share this proclivity are usually very very secrative about it.
All you can really do is set the preconditions for him to come out and tell you (t-r-u-s-t, privacy, acceptance) and he will do so in his own time.
