I think this may be a sub-fetish thing. A couple of times when looking at smoking vids on a popular yet damnable and unmentionable vid share site, I'd see a gay video come up of a guy dealing with a cigarette holder in his nose. You wouldn't believe how stupid he looks. LOL Why not just french inhale? It's in essence the same thing. It. can be very satisfying to french inhale in limited portions. I agree with the other person who surmised you are asking for sinus problems if you smoke entire cigarettes in your nose. Even with french inhales and nostril exhales, they are typically not quite as concentrated and not every single draw. Jo (pronounced YO)
