Though I can't honestly say that I share the same degree of excitement during smoking that my partner does... I do know it feels wonderful to include smoking as a part of our love play... and I will now smoke a couple of cigarettes a day "for myself" during which I can't help but feel the stirrings of arousal.
If not a full-blown fetish, I certainly have developed a mental/emotional association that has really enhanced my love life.
