And of course, there are TONS of California communities(thank god I don't live in that state!) already with outdoor patio smoking bans, even if they don't have Calabasas/Loma Linda/El Cajon-style outdoor smoking bans in place. (and which go as far as prohibiting smoking in almost all outdoor sidewalks, parks, train stations, etc.!)
