VT,From a moocher ... have envisioned Kate with a daily cigarette habit but I doubt it. Seen no evidence in series. Sometimes in background there would be evidence, maybe a stray pack, ashtray or lighter, an open purse with pack, lighter. Never seen. Her teeth are spotless but there are ways around that (know a 29-year-old who has been smoking since age 14 and her teeth show no stains of tar at all); her voice has no rasp. So long as she stays in the spotlight, it will eventually come out. I'm still waiting for evidence on Lauren Conrad. And when I take the plunge and buy, it wouldn't be of her. LC, I would buy somehow, someway. LL23
