Re : montreal bars -- hap
Unfortunately, smoking has been prohibited in Montreal bars(plus everywhere in Quebec) since May 2006. If you can find an Indian gaming place(why is a certain 6 letter word spelled c, a, s, i, n, o not allowed to be used on this board, and automatically censored?) or bar, that's probably your only chance finding a place allowing indoor smoking(or of course, a bar that looks the other way on Quebec's provincial ban).
