I am not sure, but I have seen pics of a wooden box-like machine where you just place a rolled empty paper in, pull a lever, and the machine stuffs it to make a cig. I imagine the machine will handle filters, but from the look of it, it won't handle 120's unless someone has the know-how to modify it (assuming of course that 120's are your thing).But I think filters would not make much difference with Russian Red... filters trap some of the tar, but I don't know how much nicotine gets through.
