I was at walmart today and had to go to the tobacco aisle to check out. Next to the V-slims were a few boxes, about the shape of a candle holder, that were next to them stacked up, blue and green in color. They were right in the middle of the cigarette display case, but I was too far away to read the fine print. Any ideas what these are?
