first of all merry christmas to you mike and all your loved ones... i would have to say that my bucs received an early christmas gift today.. i have been attending bucs games for almost 30 years and i have never been to a more emotionally draining game than the one i attended today.. in case you did not see it,, the bucs rallied to tie the falcons at 24 to force overtime.. after winning the toss, the bucs fumbled the overtime kickoff giving the falcons the ball deep in bucs territory.. miraculously, the bucs blocked the game winning field goal attempt, and marched down the field to set up a relative chip shot for matt bryant who pulled the kick wide left after a bad snap.. after trading possessions, the bucs took over near midfield with less than 2 minutes left in ot.. matt bryant finally nailed a 42 yd field goal with 20 seconds left giving the bucs a 27-24 win.... coupled with the carolina loss to dallas,, the bucs can win the nfc south with a win over the saints next week... not bad for a team that was picked to finish last in the division after a 5-11 season last year... oh yeah by the way,,, it was a bit windy today so i put my windproof lighter to work three times for three lovely ladies who were desperately trying to light their cigarettes... all in all a pretty good day..
