R J reynolds is test-marketing a new idea in smokeless tobacco: pellets or strips that dissolve in the mouth and are swallowed. No second-hand smoke, no spitting, no ashes or butts to clean up.

As you might expect, the smoke nazis are up in arms. They are calling it "tobacco candy" and claim that the whole idea is to get kids hooked on nicotine.

And smoke fetishers complain that it will make for very boring videos.
