I agree with the admonitions to not leave your wife. Instead, relate to her the DIRE importance of meeting some of your needs. Sex is an important part of life, but it's only a part. Your family, job and reputation together outweigh this single need. However for the rest of you singles, this guy makes an undeniably sound point: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you marry or consider marrying, and for that matter, date, a Non. They simply will not "do it" for you, and you WILL, as stated, regret it later.
