Peter,I live on the SouthEast coast.If you live near a beach heres what you do: get a good digital camcorder with an OPTICAL zoom of at least 30 power do not use digital zooms as they distort images.From a peir or other location look out for bikini girls of all ages smoking on the beach film them.No law against girls in bikinis smoking at any age.Better yet rent a beachfront room,2nd floor overlooking the pool and beach set up a tri pod and film the girls smoking out the window,it works.While the camera records you can look out with binoculars and J-ck off while watching it .
