The hottest scenes I've seen are in the movie "Tokyo Decadence". It's a crappy movie, but you won't find any sexier scenes anywhere else...especially if you like Asian women! There are two scenes of a woman shooting up and one of her snorting, but the hottest scene is when this woman teaches a younger one how to smoke crack. Other movies involving scenes of female drug use include "Showgirls", "Set It Off", "Cruel Intentions", "Foxfire" (which features a scene in which topless girls, including Angelina Jolie, pass around a joint), "Wild Things", "The Incredibly True Adventures Of 2 Girls In Love", and the X-rated "Backside To The Future".
