Two goody-goody girls who smoke: Christa Miller (she plays Kate on the Drew Carey Show) and one-time America's Sweetheart: Dorothy Hammil.

Also, I've heard the Alyson Hannigan (Willow on Buffy the Vampire Slayer) smokes IRL.

And Maureen McCormick (Marcia from the Brady Bunch) used to smoke but she says she quit. And she's still as good-looking as she was on the show.
