Say for example the FDA decides to limit the nicotine in a cig to .3 mg or less, what kind of lousy nicotine kick is that? I think we will start seeing the emergence of the "grow-your-own" smoker. I myself have never smoked but I know how it works.
BTW one of the points in the new law is that it's supposed to regulate the amount of carcinogens in cigs. Yeah right, it's not like the companies have been spraying their leaves with roofing tar or plutonium before shredding them... regulating carcinogens is a catch-22, because most of them form when the tobacco burns and then they get into the smoke.
I think the new law will turn some smokers into underground farmers. What do you think?
