So I am currently leaning toward the idea that my smoking fetish stemmed from my mother who was a smoker. I am guessing that because she was the first female figure in my life, I came to associate smoking with femininity (and thus sexuality) so on and so forth. I understand this probably isn't the case with everyone out there, but just to give us an idea....
