This is a wonderful report. One of my very favorite things is when a girl takes a long drag, inhales...and then holds the smoke...then (as in the case of your description, after someone has asked her a question), she gives a brief reply, and then...blows out a beautiful exhale. Ahhhhhhh...there's not much better than that.
