There was a video like that, "Smoke Lesson" from TLS, in which Sassy's mother, Becky, taught Sassy's six year old sister, Leah, to smoke. It starts with what I would take to be her second ot third cigarette ever (she can inhale, but not very well) and has one scene a day for about five or six days, as we see her ability increase. Probably not what would interst you, because of the age. This video has been out of print for years.
