I had similer experiece with early master ba.... using the bed so forth,but then discovered my hand so i could do it on my back.Anyway like you I thought about one of my school teachers who did not smoke,but I pictured her smoking while I did it.
Later it was a friend of my moms that did smoke,and I thought about her every night.One day she gave me a ride home from school when I was 13.She was wearing a dress with dark panty hose and smoking a white filter.I had a h-on the whole trip. As soon as I got home I told my mom I had to change cloths,but I did not come out of my room for a while and you all know why.
